With more than 25 years of experience in construction industries including project coordination, project control/planning, conceptual design, cost estimation, emphasizing on structural design for industrial and public facilities projects. Dr. Manoch brings extensive heavy industrial project design experience, including feasibility, front end engineering design, project planning, geotechnical report reviews, reverse structural analysis, structural integrity assessment, value engineering, structural inspection, quality assurance/control (QA/QC), constructability, and construction management. He also specializes in pile/soil interaction, non-linear analysis of heavy mat foundation, stress-strain analysis, optimization of analysis/design by using finite element technique. Not only has he a wide range of civil / structural design experience, but also in the co-ordination of multi-disciplinary projects which included architectural, mechanical, electrical, process and other engineering element interface.
